Human Creation is run by one person, based here in Stoke-on-Trent. By day, I work in e-commerce and digital product data — the practical, unglamorous side of getting businesses to actually show up and sell properly online. On top of that, I've got a background in computer science and AI, so the technical side of a website isn't a mystery to me or something I'm relying on a template to handle.
I started Human Creation because I kept seeing the same thing: small local businesses either had no website at all, or one built years ago that nobody's touched since. Meanwhile the agencies who could fix that were quoting prices built for national brands, not a local café or a one-van tradesperson. I wanted to offer something in between — proper, working, well-built sites, at a price and a process that actually makes sense for a small business.
